Ekium provided complete project management for the development of new chemical pilots, from analysis of existing facilities and preparation of specifications to multidisciplinary coordination of studies (HAZOP, PIDs, civil engineering, piping, electricity) and site supervision, including FAT/SAT and commissioning. This global mission enabled Arkema to optimize its R&D infrastructures while guaranteeing technical compliance, safety (Machinery Directive) and on-time, on-budget delivery to accelerate the development of its innovative pilot-scale chemical processes.
